Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and Delivery Status Notification.

How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?
- Production Time: All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days.
- Processing Time: It takes 3 - 5 business days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.

Shipping Time: Shipment takes 10 – 15 business days (depends on the destination) from the date it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. -

Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Currently there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We only accept returns or exchanges for the item you purchased is defective within 30 days of the date of delivery. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy).
